1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quellist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quellist is an AI-assisted PDF form-filling platform that provides per-field citations and human review capabilities. The Service allows users to upload PDF form templates and context documents, and generates filled forms using AI with traceable citations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload documents containing malware or malicious content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Documents you upload remain your property. Quellist does not claim ownership of your content. You grant Quellist a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Output

Form fills and citations generated by the Service are AI-assisted suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy before use. Quellist does not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quellist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Documents may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate form fills; these providers are bound by data processing agreements.
